Vegan Pepperoni pizza

INGREDIENTS
1 ball of whole spelt flour dough |
1 tbsp homemade tomato sauce |
Vegan grated cheese |
Happy V Planet vegan Pepperoni |
Dry oregano |
PREPARATION
- Flour the table surface and stretch the pizza dough into a shape you want.
- Add the tomato sauce, grated vegan cheese, sliced vegan pepperoni and dry oregano.
- Bake the pizza at 220°C for 5-8 minutes or until you see that the cheese has melted and is starting to brown.
Tip: you can add a splash of spicy oil, if you like, which gives it a very special touch.
